Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded the moment the buyer submits an order using the "submit order" function. The buyer is notified of the conclusion of the sales contract by an automatically generated email addressed to his email address. In the event that the buyer chooses payment by proforma invoice as the method of payment, the contract comes into force with the payment of the proforma invoice. At the end of the purchase process, an "Order overview" form is generated for the buyer, which is sent to the buyer by e-mail upon confirmation of the order execution. Regardless of the type of purchase or payment method, the invoice for the purchased goods will be delivered together with the ordered goods.

Complains and disputes
The seller respects the applicable consumer protection legislation in according's to the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act. A complaint can be submitted via e-mail info@arex-store.si. The complaint processing procedure is confidential. The seller and the consumer undertake to do everything in their power to resolve any dispute by mutual consent. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms of Business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice. For potential disputes, for which the method of settlement cannot be provided outside the court, the Novo mesto District Court is responsible.
